A concern was brought up, that their was no mention of the Holy Spirit’s activity in the person, it is He, who produces, in us.
John 15 states, apart from Him, we can do nothing.
Romans 8:8) Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
v14)For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Titus 3:5) not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit.
Hebrews 11:1
It’s trust in Him. Faith is active.
The Holy Spirit, moves in the believer, to read the word, ingest it, and apply it.
All we bring to the table, is our sin.
Any righteousness, we have, is not ours, it’s of Him. Glory to His name!
We must be very cautious. My prayer, is we grow, in His grace.
To avoid the temptation, to soften where it should not be.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Psalm 111:10
